After a long day, there's one thing that always puts Cameron at ease - hot, passionate sex.

Cameron recently said that she relaxes by having sex and insists everybody would be much happier if they released their daily tensions through physical intimacy.

The actress, involeved with star Justin Timberlake, finds lovemaking so therapeutic that she believes it could be used as a cure for practically everything.

In a recent inerview, she said, "Sex is the most amazing stress reliever. I actually think it's the best thing for everything! I think it should be 100 percent part of everyone's life on a day-to-day basis. We'd all be a lot happier!"

The 34-year-old star - who gets up close and personal with Jude Law in the new festive movie 'The Holiday' - particularly enjoys energetic sessions which get her all hot and sweaty.

She said, "I love being physical, I love to get my heart-rate up and I love sweating. Sex is undoubtedly the best way to do that!"

Cameron also recently admitted she has become a huge fan of Jude since working with him.

She gushed, "Jude was wonderful, funny, charming, did I say funny? He was so open and grounded, a really nice person. All the girls on the set had a crush on him. He engages with everyone, no matter who they are or what their job is. There were a lot of man crushes as well. All the guys were saying, 'I never realized Jude was so nice and handsome.'"

I don't know what you think, but it seems interesting that Cameron brought up how much she loved Jude in the middle of a discussion about sex. Maybe there is nothing there, but Jude has been known to be a lover of the ladies!
